Warranty Policy

We stand by the quality of our products. All Mevrona® items are manufactured using premium materials and processes, undergoing rigorous testing and quality checks to ensure excellence.

Warranty Coverage

· Duration: 1 year from the date of receipt.

· Coverage: Defects in materials or workmanship.

If you believe your product is defective, please email us at servitia06@gmail.com with valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt). We will repair, replace, or issue a full refund, including delivery charges.

Important Notes:

· Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

· Products are tested in-house for functionality during exchanges to ensure the issue is resolved.

· Many issues arise from unfamiliarity with the product. Before returning an item, check the instruction manual or email us for assistance.

· If a returned product is found to be in full working order, it will be sent back.

2. Replace the product with a new or refurbished item.

3. Refund the purchase price of the defective product.
