By accessing and placing an order with UrbanHaat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

General

• UrbanHaat is operated by Servitia Solutions Private Limited, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the store constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Products

• We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product and to discontinue any product at any time.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in colour due to photography and screen settings.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

Orders & Payment

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Payment must be completed before order dispatch, except for Cash on Delivery orders.
• For Bank Deposit payments, orders are confirmed only after payment verification.

Limitation of Liability

UrbanHaat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
