Refund & Return Policy

At UrbanHaat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Returns

• Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• To initiate a return, email us at servitia06@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer to the account details you provide.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
• Items without original packaging or tags.
• Perishable goods and personal care items (for hygiene reasons).

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
